Two things to check, if you try it again.
- Open it from your Watch Later page, youtube.com/playlist?list=WL, while you're signed in to YouTube.
- Wrong account? Refresh the YouTube tab so it picks up the account you're signed in with, then open the dashboard again.
If you'd already tried both, that's a bug, and I'd like to fix it.

TidyWL works with YouTube's web endpoints rather than an official API, and YouTube changes them without notice. Most fixes go out within hours, with no extension update to install. Bigger changes need a new version.
So it may already be working again. The Discord is the quickest place to see whether it's a known problem.
Slow on a big list is worth fixing.
Part of it is YouTube. It hands over a long playlist one page at a time, in order, and refuses removals sent all at once, so a first sync and a big delete take a while. After the first sync, search and filters run on a copy in your browser.
If something stayed slow after that, I'd like the details.

Here's exactly what left your browser.
Your YouTube data (titles, video IDs, channels, playlists, watch history, your Google account) never left it, except links you chose to send to Gemini Notebook. What did go to tidywl.com was a random install ID with usage counts, never which videos, plus a licence check if you had Pro.
Uninstalling stopped both and removed the copy of your lists it kept in your browser. Records not updated for 12 months are deleted.
