Before you decide
No. Everything the free version does stays free: search, filter and sort My List, bulk remove with the exact list shown first, custom playlists and Move from My List, search Netflix and browse by genre, export and import. Pro adds to it.
TidyWL for Netflix works with Netflix's web endpoints rather than an official API, and Netflix can change them. Many changes are fixed within hours through a remote configuration; some need an extension update. If a Pro feature is not restored within 30 days, yearly subscribers can ask for the unused part back, and monthly subscribers can cancel. The full rule is in the terms of sale at tidywl.com/netflix/terms/.
Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment in your currency, adds any tax that applies where you live, sends the receipt and processes refunds. We never see your card number.
Any time, from Manage subscription in the dashboard's About → Pro tab, or by emailing [email protected]. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then the extension goes back to free. Nothing in your browser is deleted.
Every charge, first payment or renewal, can be refunded in full within 14 days — no questions, no conditions, no exceptions. One email to [email protected]. After that, cancel any time and Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Up to three browsers at a time, and you can deactivate one you no longer use. Phones you pair to see your playlists do not count toward the three, and you can remove one at any time.
Only if you turn sync on. Pins, clean-up rules, undo and stats run in your browser, like the rest of the extension. Sync is off until you switch it on in a browser; then it sends that profile's playlist names and the titles in them, and the profile's name, to tidywl.com, so your other browsers and your paired phone can show them. Your licence key and its activation record are kept so the subscription can be checked. The privacy policy lists exactly what is stored.
Yes. Feature requests and bug reports from Pro subscribers are read first and weigh most when deciding what to build next, and support emails from subscribers are answered first.
